QuoteVids Setup
Tips before you get started:
1.) use Google Chrome browser when creating QuoteVids (Safari & Edge can be super buggy with screen recorders)
2.) use a USB or 3.5mm mic (or bluetooth earbuds) if possible. If you use your computer audio by itself, it's going to sound horrible and your prospect or client will notice that quickly and not watch the entire video. This is the mic I use, but this one is good too if you don't want to look like a complete nerd like me.
3.) remember to look into the camera, smile, be funny, show off your personality...that is what differentiates you from other agents and makes a big impact with your prospects and customers. You are the only you on this planet, that's what makes you different and better than other agents, am I right?!
4.) QuoteVids are great for new business & renewal quoting, and even customer service & claims scenarios.

How to trigger an action in your CRM when someone accepts your QuoteVid
Step 1.) Sign up for a Zapier parser mailbox here: https://parser.zapier.com
Step 2.) Login to Zapier to create the new zap here: https://zapier.com
Your CRM must have Zapier connectivity for this to work. AgencyZoom, Better Agency, InsuredMine, EzLynx, NowCerts, and many other CRMs do in fact have Zapier integration. If you are unsure, ask your CRM customer support.
How to use other videos inside a QuoteVid
Almost 100% of the time, you won't need this, but in the event that you have a video that was created somewhere else, you can embed it inside of a QuoteVid if need be.
